Dr Mick is a UK-Chartered Coaching Psychologist, who helps professionals, executives, business-owners and leaders to improve emotional agility, mental high performance, and wellbeing.
Dr Mick specialises in offering remote (online) therapy and coaching, which helps to address the psychological and behavioural needs of time-poor executives, high-achievers, everyday busy people and teams. He works with all his clients to develop Mental Fitness and sustainable High Performance, using an evidence-based approach grounded in Psychological Flexibility and Lifestyle Medicine. Mick’s Mental Fitness coaching approach grew out of his expertise in a revolutionary evidence-based behaviour change approach (Acceptance and Commitment Coaching), now growing in popularity.

This approach can be effective in preventing burnout and is effective for changing unwanted behaviours such as habitual avoidance, perfectionism, procrastination, overworking, anger or controlling behaviours.
